We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman who can transform design concepts into precise technical drawings.

PositionDraftsman (Architecture & Interior)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and electrical coordination drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
• Revise drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
• Maintain drawing standards, layer management, file organization, and documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, door/window schedules, and drawing issue records.
• Coordinate with the site team to resolve execution-related drawing queries.
• Maintain updated drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural and interior construction details.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SoftwareAutoCAD (Mandatory)

• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–5+ years of experience in architectural or interior drafting.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is preferred.
