E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to support our day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with order fulfillment, inventory management, product listings, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Perform quality checks before shipping.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
• Create and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Take basic product photos using a mobile phone or camera.
• Organize, rename, and upload product images.
• Maintain product and inventory data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Print shipping labels and invoices.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with other day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone or camera for product photography.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
