Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Handling ecommerce platforms like amazon flipkart myntra and own website with the help of operation management system.
  2. Printing of invoices and labels for packing the orders and fullfilling them.
  3. Handling 3-party delivery platforms like delhivery.
  4. Inventory management of all SKUs via operation management system.
  5. Raising complains and claim management on ecommerce platforms and Delhivery partners in case of product damage.
