Job Description

An E-commerce Executive just makes sure our products are live, selling, and reaching customers on time across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or our own website.

  • What you will do dailyAdd products: upload photos, title, price, description, and stock
  • Check inventory: see what is low, tell the warehouse to refill
  • Manage orders: track new orders, make sure they get packed and shipped, follow up on delays
  • Update pricing: match competitor prices, add sale offers or coupons during events
  • Handle customers: reply to reviews, messages, returns and rating issues
  • Make small reports: daily sales in Excel or Google Sheets — how much sold, returned, pending
  • Watch ads: check Amazon/Flipkart ads are running, note spend and clicks, tell marketing if something looks off
  • What you should knowHow to use Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub (even basic level)
  • Basic Excel — filters, sum, pivot is a plus but not must
  • Can write clear English and Hindi for product titles and customer replies
  • Comfortable on laptop the whole day, quick on WhatsApp and email
  • Experience0 to 2 years is fine, freshers who shop online a lot also work
  • Any graduate degree
