E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible E-commerce Executive with experience in inventory management, customer support, boutique coordination/sales, order processing, and dispatch operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling daily e-commerce activities, coordinating with customers and boutiques, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across website and marketplaces.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure proper update of order status, returns, and exchanges.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and update inventory records regularly.
• Coordinate stock availability with warehouse/store team.
• Monitor stock movement and report low-stock items.
• Ensure product listings are updated with correct inventory.

Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide order-related assistance.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Boutique Coordination & Sales

• Visit boutiques/stores for product coordination and sales activities when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with boutique partners.
• Assist in product showcasing and sales support activities.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

Required Skills

• Experience in e-commerce operations and order management.
• Knowledge of inventory handling and dispatch process.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable visiting boutiques/stores for coordination and sales.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in textile, fabrics, fashion, boutique, or retail industry preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, marketplaces, or ERP software is an advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum: 1–3 years of relevant experience
