An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales platforms, product listings, and day-to-day operations of e-commerce channels. The role focuses on increasing online sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (upload, update, optimize)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Handle order processing, returns, and cancellations
- Track and analyze sales performance and website metrics
- Run promotions, discounts, and campaign updates
- Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with Excel and data analysis
- Understanding of online sales and digital marketing basics
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- minimum 6 month of experience in e-commerce or digital sales (Freshers with knowledge can apply)
- Knowledge of SEO/product optimization is an advantage
