 Education Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, process orders, maintain product listings, handle customer communication, and support overall account performance across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Check and manage incoming orders

2.    Upload orders in CAD system

3.    Check CAD and STL files properly

4.    Process and manage orders daily

5.    Check order forms for accuracy

6.    Send product update messages to customers

7.    Manage and dispatch orders on time

8.    Upload and manage offers

9.    Create and update product listings

10.                       Work on product titles and keywords

11.                       Chat with customers and solve queries

12.                       Handle customer messages and maintain good relations

13.                       Take review follow-up from customers

14.                       Update product photos and prices

15.                       Research and manage banners for listings

• Order processing and listing knowledge
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of keywords and product updates
