E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Etsy Account Manager to fully manage our Etsy store. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling listing management, product photography coordination, customer communication, and day-to-day Etsy shop operations, and must be quick to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our Etsy shop end-to-end.
• Create and optimize new product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing).
• Perform keyword research and basic SEO for Etsy search visibility.
• Handle customer queries, custom order requests, and order coordination.
• Coordinate product photography and images with our design team/AI tools.
• Ensure every listing has complete, high-quality images before going live.
• Monitor shop performance (views, sales, conversion) and share updates.
• Identify new product opportunities and trending styles on Etsy.
• Prepare basic performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI for daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Prior experience using or managing an Etsy shop preferred.
• Good written English communication
• Familiarity with Canva; basic photo editing a plus.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Freshers with relevant skills can also apply.
