We are expanding our online presence through platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra and are looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our marketplace operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Executive to handle online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order management, and sales coordination across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces

• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images

• Handle catalogue management and listing updates

• Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock availability across platforms

• Process and manage online orders, returns, and customer queries

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment

• Run basic promotional activities and marketplace campaigns

• Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and account health

• Work on Excel reports and maintain marketplace data

• Coordinate with marketing and sales team for online growth

Requirements:

• Graduation compulsory

• 1–3 years experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management

• Proper hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra listings

• Knowledge of product catalogue management and seller panels

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Basic understanding of online sales, SEO keywords, and promotions

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in jewellery or fashion category preferred

• Knowledge of product image uploading and listing optimization

• Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts efficiently
