E-Commerce Manager

Job Opening: E-commerce ManagerWe are hiring an E-commerce Manager to handle daily marketplace operations, including order processing, inventory management, and return processing. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and experienced in managing e-commerce workflows on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar marketplaces.

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily order processing across e-commerce platforms.
• Track and update inventory regularly to avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for timely shipment.
• Monitor returns, replacements, and customer claims.
• Check return items and update return status in the system.
• Maintain order, inventory, and return reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Follow up on pending orders, failed pickups, RTOs, and customer returns.
• Help improve operational accuracy and reduce order errors.
• RequirementsExperience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on time.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and process-oriented.
