Job Description
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat
🏢 Industry: Ethnic Wear / Textile / Fashion E-commerce
We are looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Account Management Executive to handle daily operations of our online selling platforms. Candidate should have experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, and Flipkart.
- Responsibilities:Manage complete E-commerce seller accounts
- Product listing & catalog upload on marketplaces
- Update product details, pricing, stock & offers
- Handle order processing and dispatch coordination
- Packing management and shipment tracking
- Return & exchange management
- Monitor account health and policy compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse and production team
- Handle customer queries and support tickets
- Maintain reports of sales, returns, and inventory
- Manage promotions, ads, and marketplace campaigns (basic knowledge preferred)
- Required Skills:Experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Myntra
- Meesho
- Flipkart Seller Panel
- Good knowledge of catalog upload and inventory management
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in fashion/textile industry preferred
- Qualification:Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce account handling
- Graduate preferred
- Male/Female both can apply
