Electrical Design Engineer

Main job role is to design, develop, and optimize electrical systems, panels, and components. Performing design calculations, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project execution as per requirements.

· Prepare electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using design software

· Design control panels, wiring diagrams, and system architecture as per project requirements

· Select electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, drives, etc.

· Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and share with procurement and sales team

· Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and system analysis

· Review and validate technical specifications and project requirements

· Coordinate with sales team for technical support and clarification during quotation stage

· Prepare and verify panel and system quotations from a technical perspective

· Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during execution and commissioning

· Maintain proper documentation of designs, revisions, and project records

· Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations

· Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution

· Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update superior

· Provide technical suggestions for design improvements and cost optimization

· Filling up proxy if someone is absent

· Reporting to the superior

· And any other work given by the top management
