Job title Field Service Technician (Electrical) for Tea/Coffee Machines

Job timing : 10am to 7pm with potential for occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs

Work type Field job (Surat City circle + out city occasionally) with frequent travel to client locations. May involve working in various environments, including commercial kitchens and office settings.

Monthly Salary ₹ 17,000 for Experience <1yr & ₹ 20,000 for Experience >= 1yr per month.

Candidate Requirements

Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / ITI Wiremen / other candidates having Electrical work Experience can also apply

Experience: Both fresher & experienced candidates can apply.  For Experience candidates must have Min. 1-2 experience in servicing and repairing tea and coffee machines or similar equipment. Hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs of electrical components.

English: Can read and understand English

Job Description

As a Tea/Coffee Machine Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tea and coffee machines at client locations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that machines operate efficiently and meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will work independently in the field, providing exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Installations:

·    Set up and install tea and coffee machines according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

·    Perform initial testing to ensure machines are functioning correctly post-installation.

Machine Maintenance:

·      Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal working condition.

·      Replace worn-out or faulty parts, and perform software updates as needed.

Machine Repair:

·      Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to tea and coffee machines.

·      Repair or replace defective components and resolve operational problems efficiently.

Customer Service:

·      Provide high-quality customer service and technical support during on-site visits.

·      Explain machine functionalities and maintenance requirements to customers clearly.

Documentation:

 Complete service reports and maintenance logs accurately and promptly.

 Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and any customer interactions.

Inventory Management:

·        Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks.

·        Order additional parts as necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations.

Compliance:

·        Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

·        Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Key Skills:

·      Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·      Familiarity with various types of tea and coffee machines and their operational systems.

·      4 Wheel drive will added advantages.

Other Requirements:

·       Valid driver’s license for 2 wheeler and clean driving record. 4 Wheel driving skills and license is excellent for job profile.

·       Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools up to 20-25kg of goods.

·       Willingness to travel to client sites.

·      Candidate must be well disciplined, honest and result oriented.
