Factory Worker

About the Role

We’re setting up a high-quality vacuum frying facility focused on premium snack production. This role is hands-on and critical to daily operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in vacuum frying machines and related equipment
• Handle raw material preparation (cutting, sorting, loading)
• Monitor frying parameters (temperature, pressure, batch timing)
• Ensure consistent product quality and yield
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of machinery and workspace
• Follow SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and production processes
• Assist in packaging and batch labeling
• Report any machine issues or production deviations immediately

Requirements

• Prior experience in food processing / manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
• Discipline and ability to follow structured processes

Good to Have

• Experience with frying, snack production, or FMCG manufacturing
• Familiarity with basic machine operations
• ITI / Diploma in mechanical or related field
