Job Description

  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and visits.
  • Maintain and update records of accounts receivable .
  • Ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms .
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues .
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies .
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports .
  • Monitor aging reports and highlight overdue accounts .
  • Maintain proper documentation of payment commitments and communications .
  • Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments .
  • Escalate critical cases of delayed payments to management.
