- JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD RECRUITER1. Basic DetailsJob Title: Field Recruiter
- Department: HR / Recruitment
- Location: Surat (Field + Office Work)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexible as per field work)
- Experience Required: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (Depends on Interview)
2. Job PurposeTo manage end-to-end recruitment through field sourcing, including visiting locations, candidate mobilization, screening, and onboarding support to fulfill bulk and urgent hiring requirements.
- 3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Field Recruitment ActivitiesVisit industrial areas, markets, offices, and job hotspots
- Conduct on-ground candidate sourcing
- Distribute job pamphlets / posters
- Coordinate with local vendors, contractors, and references
- Attend job fairs and placement drives
- B. Candidate HandlingConduct initial screening and interviews
- Explain job role, salary, and company details
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Ensure candidate joining and onboarding
- C. Coordination WorkCoordinate with HR team and clients
- Share daily field activity reports
- Maintain pipeline of candidates
- Handle bulk hiring requirements
- D. Documentation & ReportingCollect basic documents (Aadhar, Resume, Photos)
- Maintain Excel / CRM reports
- Daily reporting:
- Candidates contacted
- Interviews done
- Selections & joining status
- 4. Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / Basic English)
- Ability to work on field independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler preferred (optional but beneficial)
- 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Daily candidate sourcing count
- Interview conversion ratio
- Joining ratio
- Time to close positions
