Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for order processing and after-sales service
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (CRM updates)
• Represent the company professionally at client sites, events, and exhibitions
