Job Description :- Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.

Role & responsibilities

Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.

Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.

Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.

Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.

Explain Cultfit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.

Capture and maintain lead data.

Coordinate with leads for follow-ups and conversions.

Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.

Preferred candidate profile :

Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.

Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.

Comfortable with shift timings of 1pm to 10pm

Salary: 25k-28k plus incentive (10-20k as per target vs achievement)
