Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Salon Partner Acquisition • Identify and approach beauty salons, spas, wellness centers, and grooming studios. • Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities. • Onboard salon partners onto the Oxi9 ecosystem. Salon ERP Software Sales • Demonstrate Oxi9 Salon ERP Software to salon owners and managers. • Explain features such as appointment management, billing, CRM, inventory, staff management, payroll, and reporting. • Convert prospects into active subscribers. Marketplace Onboarding • Register salons on the Oxi9 B2C Marketplace platform. • Educate salon owners about customer acquisition benefits. • Drive marketplace adoption and engagement. Beauty Product Sales • Promote and sell Oxi9 beauty products and partner brands. • Generate recurring product orders from salon partners. • Develop long-term business relationships. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and decision-makers. • Assist partners with onboarding and basic training. • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Target Achievement • Submit daily visit and sales reports. • Maintain lead and customer records. • Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
