FMCG Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveIndustry: FMCG (Breads & Confectionery Products)

Location: Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda

Job Summary:The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors for bread and confectionery products. The role involves regular field visits, order generation, and ensuring product visibility in assigned territories.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit retail outlets, bakeries, supermarkets, and distributors daily to generate orders
• Promote and sell bread and confectionery products to existing and new customers
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail points
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve their issues
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
• Coordinate with the supply/logistics team for timely delivery
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably bakery/confectionery)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local market and routes
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
