Job Title:

Food Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Food Delivery Executive to deliver food orders safely and on time to customers. The candidate should have good navigation skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

• Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene.

• Use mobile apps and GPS for navigation and order tracking.

• Collect cash payments when required and update payment status in the app.

• Maintain professional behavior with customers and restaurant staff.

• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines during deliveries.

• Report delivery issues or delays to the support team.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary preferred.

• Valid driving license.

• Own bike/scooter preferred.

• Smartphone with internet access.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
