Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual designs for print and digital media. Your core tasks will include:

• Designing and preparing print-ready files for Brochures, Pamphlets, and Company Profiles.
• Developing creative and compliant designs for diverse Product Packaging (boxes, labels, pouches, etc.).
• Creating large-format graphics, including Banners, Flexes, and Hoardings, ensuring high-resolution quality.
• Conceptualizing and designing logos, brand stationery, and other corporate identity materials.
• Collaborating with clients and the team to understand design briefs and deliver solutions that meet project goals.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting strict production deadlines.
• Ensuring all final artwork is accurate and adheres to brand guidelines and printing specifications.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience as a Graphic Designer is required, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and packaging work.
• Essential Software Proficiency (MUST KNOW):

• CorelDRAW (High Proficiency is mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Pre-press and preparing production-ready files (e.g., bleed, trim marks, color separation/modes - CMYK).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback effectively.

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
