Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can handle print and digital design work for our real estate newspaper, magazine, social media, and marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design newspaper and magazine pages (layout, typography, visual balance)
  • Create creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and promotions
  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Edit basic videos and reels for digital platforms
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs
  • Coordinate with editorial and marketing team for timely delivery.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of video editing (any software)
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and color sense
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.


Added Advantage:

  • Prior experience in magazine or newspaper page designing
  • Experience in media, publishing, or real estate sector
