Job Description

· Understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

· Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for management review.

· Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.

· Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.

· Support HR policies implementation and ensure smooth employee relations.

· Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communications.

· Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
