Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits.
- Monitor employee performance review processes.
- Resolve employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize team activities, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, and management for staffing requirements.
