HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, attendance management, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
• Update employee database and HRMS records
• Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit documentation
• Monitor daily attendance and regularize discrepancies
• Track leave records and approvals
• Coordinate payroll inputs related to attendance
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Knowledge of HRMS tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
