HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
• Schedule and manage interview processes
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates and manage offer rollouts
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring practices
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT / Non-IT / EdTech hiring (add based on your need)
