Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities 

 Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers. 

 Handle accounts payable and receivable activities. 

 Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports. 

 Reconcile bank and cash statements regularly. 

 Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. 

 Support inventory and cost control tracking for food, beverages, and supplies. 

 Help in payroll processing — salary calculation, deductions, and record keeping. 

 Assist in monthly financial reports, statements, and data entry for audits. 

 Coordinate with operations and purchase teams for payment updates. 

 Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. 

Requirements: 

 B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. 

 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or

restaurant industry. 

 Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and Microsoft

Excel. 

 Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

requirements.
