Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales and purchase entries in accounting systems
- Generate and manage customer and vendor invoices accurately
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
- Handle Excel-based reports, MIS, and data tracking
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data
- Support in monthly closing activities and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic reporting)
- Experience in invoicing and billing processes
- Hands-on experience with sales & purchase accounting entries
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial transactions
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
