Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to support our daily business operations. He/She will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Excel, documenting important information, monitoring communication channels, and assisting with regular order follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and update notes, records, and documentation as required.
Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding regular orders.
Monitor all official WhatsApp groups regularly and stay updated on ongoing discussions and business activities.
Ensure important updates and information are communicated to the concerned team members.
Verify data for accuracy before entry and maintain organized digital records.
Assist the operations team with routine administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and other basic communication tools.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Eligibility
Recent graduate from any discipline.
Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Performance Expectations
At the end of the internship, the intern should be able to:
Maintain accurate and organized Excel records.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.
Effectively manage order follow-ups.
Stay updated with business communications across WhatsApp groups.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Internship Certificate: A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, subject to satisfactory performance.
