Job Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing key clients to ensure long-term business association and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business opportunities through references, networking, and market research activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and timely service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development reports.
