Loan Follow-up Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with banks / NBFCs for solar loan applications and disbursements

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers for required loan documents

• Maintain loan application status tracker (approval, pending, disbursement)

• Ensure timely submission of KYC, financial, and project-related documents

• Resolve queries raised by banks regarding proposals or documentation

• Track subsidy-linked loans (if applicable) and follow up with authorities

• Maintain proper records, files, and MIS reports

• Provide regular status updates to management

• Support audits and compliance-related loan documentation

Requirements:

• Strong follow-up & coordination skills

• Good communication (Hindi / English; Gujarati preferred)

• Basic knowledge of banking & loan processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel & email communication

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any discipline preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in loan processing / finance follow-up

• Experience in solar / EPC / project finance is an added advantage
