Job Description –Mechanical Design Head / Project Coordinator (Design Team)
Position: Team Lead / Project Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: As per company requirement
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow among available resources to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update database of all past and current projects
- Lead and manage the design team effectively
- Handle onboarding and training of new team members
- Assign and distribute new inquiries based on team workload and competency
- Address and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and review team performance regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project coordination or team handling (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
