Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution.
  • Track production timelines and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage product listings, specifications, and merchandising requirements.
  • Monitor inventory and stock availability.
  • Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production status.
  • Maintain reports, documentation, and process records.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for product launches.
  • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Handle vendor communications, negotiations, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Merchandising, Operations, Vendor Coordination, or Process Management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
