🚀 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive | Surat, Gujarat 🚀
We are hiring on behalf of our client for passionate and energetic Field Sales Executives who love meeting merchants, building relationships, and driving business growth on the ground.
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat
💼 Role: Full-Time
🛵 Field Sales | Merchant Acquisition | D2C Growth
📌 Payroll: Novum Insight Management Pvt Ltd
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Visit retail & wholesale markets to identify potential sellers
• Onboard merchants onto the platform
• Help sellers launch and grow their own D2C storefronts
• Build long-term merchant relationships and generate referrals
• Manage leads and reporting through CRM tools
🔹 Who Should Apply:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in field sales or merchant onboarding
✅ Prior experience with platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio preferred
✅ Fluent in Hindi & local language
✅ Must own a smartphone, laptop & two-wheeler with a valid driving license
✅ Strong communication skills with a go-getter attitude
