2. Job PurposeTo design, develop, and manage Excel-based systems, automate business processes, ensure data accuracy, and generate real-time MIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

• 3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Excel System DevelopmentDevelop advanced Excel-based tools (Attendance, Payroll, CRM, MIS)
• Convert manual processes into automated Excel systems
• Create error-proof templates with validations and controls
• Ensure real-time auto-updating reports
• B. Data Management & AccuracyHandle large datasets with high accuracy
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and structuring
• Identify and correct data mismatches, duplicates, and errors
• Maintain audit-ready data records
• C. MIS Reporting & DashboardCreate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Build dynamic dashboards using Pivot Tables and Charts
• Track KPIs and performance metrics
• Provide actionable insights to management
• D. Advanced Excel FunctionsUse and implement:
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• INDEX + MATCH
• IF / Nested IF
• SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Develop dynamic and automated reporting systems
• E. Automation & EfficiencyImplement automation using formulas, Power Query, and (optional) VBA
• Reduce manual work and improve process efficiency
• Optimize existing Excel files for speed and performance
• F. Cross-Department SupportWork with HR, Accounts, Sales teams
• Develop customized Excel solutions as per department needs
• Provide Excel training and user support
