We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth Client Communication, maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting team members with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:



Understand Client Requiremnt and Provide Soluation According

Handle incoming Chats, emails, and other correspondence


Maintain accurate Billing Invoice (both physical and digital)


Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled all reports


Coordinate with our vendor and manage Dailly Oprations


Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports


Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements:


Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role


Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


High attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or related field is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with office management software (e.g., CRM)


Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations


English Communication must be Good through Call and chat
