Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Product Specialist for Medical Equipment to handle product demonstrations, installations, customer support, and sales coordination for aesthetic, dermatology, and medical devices.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate medical and aesthetic equipment to doctors and clinics
  • Handle installation and basic troubleshooting of machines
  • Provide product training to customers and staff
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
  • Maintain good relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
  • Travel for client visits and service support when required
  • Maintain reports related to installations, service visits, and customer feedback
