Job Description
We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to assist with daily office operations, maintain cleanliness, support staff, and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and able to handle routine office tasks efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document arrangement
- Deliver documents, parcels, and couriers within or outside the office
- Assist staff with day-to-day office tasks
- Monitor and replenish pantry items and office stationery
- Open and close office premises when required
- Support meeting room setup and office arrangements
- Run local errands such as bank work, courier dispatch, and office purchases
- Ensure office hygiene and proper maintenance of office equipment
