Job Summary


We are seeking a Social Media Executive who is excellent in English communication and skilled in handling platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other online channels. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, managing online interactions, and converting leads from social media into successful sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects and customers through messages, comments, and DMs.
  • Handle inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales via online platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain daily reports of interactions, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
