Job Description
Job Title: Panel Quality Control Engineer (HT & LT Panels)
Location: Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Panel QC Engineer with hands-on experience in HT & LT panel inspection and testing. The role involves ensuring quality compliance across all stages of panel manufacturing with a strong focus on safety and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of HT & LT electrical panels
Verify wiring, busbar dressing, clearances, and component mounting as per approved drawings
Conduct testing such as IR test, continuity test, HV test (for HT panels), and functional checks
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and industry standards
Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions
Maintain QC documentation, test reports, and inspection records
Assist during client inspections and audits
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in QC of HT & LT panels
Strong understanding of panel drawings and electrical components
Hands-on experience in testing procedures, especially HT panel testing
Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards
Detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving approach
