Job Description
Job Title: Picker / Packer
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Location: Adajan
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Picker/Packer to pick products from warehouse shelves, pack them properly, and prepare orders for dispatch. The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items according to order list / handheld device
- Check product quality and quantity before packing
- Pack items safely to avoid damage during delivery
- Label packages correctly with order details
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
- Assist in loading and unloading goods
- Meet daily picking and packing targets
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
- Basic reading and counting skills
- Comfortable working in shifts
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (not mandatory)
