Portfolio Relationship Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales
As a Portfolio Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, primarily focusing on salaried PL and working capital products. Your role will involve understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the salaried PL and working capital segments.
- Develop tailored financial solutions and present them to clients, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new offerings and market trends, enabling effective client engagement.
- Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations to enhance their financial strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess their financial progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and ethical business practices.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of salaried PL and working capital products, along with a good understanding of the market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient portfolio management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
