Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete Lehenga production process from sampling to final dispatch.

  • Plan and monitor daily production activities.
  • Coordinate with designers, cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, and packing teams.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing.
  • Monitor fabric utilization and minimize wastage.
  • Supervise workers, tailors, and production staff.
  • Handle production scheduling and workflow management.
  • Maintain production reports and inventory coordination.
  • Ensure smooth communication between production and management.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Lehenga manufacturing & garment production.
  • Understanding of fabrics, embroidery work, stitching techniques, and finishing.
  • Production planning and team management skills.
  • Quality control knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and leadership ability.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
