Job Description
We are looking for an organized and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable managing walk-ins, and good at keeping records accurate and up to date. This is a people-facing role, so a friendly, professional attitude is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and leads
- Answer incoming calls and respond to questions professionally
- Maintain and update visitor and contact records through accurate data entry
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
- Coordinate between visitors and internal team members
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable
- Handle basic administrative and support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident making and receiving phone calls
- Basic computer knowledge — comfortable with data entry, MS Office/Excel, and email
- Well-organized with good attention to detail
- Pleasant, professional, and presentable
- 12th pass or graduate; prior receptionist/front desk/tele-calling experience preferred (freshers with strong communication may apply)
