Job Description
The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across all current and future store locations. This role focuses on driving sales growth, standardizing store performance, managing and training staff, and executing expansion plans into new cities.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Store Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all locations to ensure consistency in branding, customer service, and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train store managers. Build a continuous training program focused on sales techniques and customer service.
Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to open new stores in target cities. Analyze local market trends.
Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and achieve Sales KPIs, inventory turnover targets, and waste/shrinkage reduction goals.
Coordination & Reporting: Act as the primary bridge between on-ground staff and upper management. Provide weekly performance reports to the owner.
