We are seeking a high-energy and self-motivated Relationship Manager – Agri-Finance to drive business in the Tractor Loans and Retail segment. The role involves sourcing working capital loans for Agri-related industries, food processing units, and MSMEs, while ensuring quality portfolio growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of local markets and customer needs. This is a field-intensive role (80% field, 20% office) requiring strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
