Burger Farm India – Team Member Job Responsibilities

1.Welcome every customer with a friendly and positive attitude.

1. Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
2. Prepare and serve food as per Burger Farm's quality and SOP standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
4. Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards at all times.
5. Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
6. Ensure order accuracy before handing it over to customers or delivery partners.
7. Support inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and minimize food wastage.
8. Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
10. Maintain speed, quality, and service standards during peak business hours.
11. Follow all company policies, operational SOPs, and safety guidelines.
12. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
13. Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product and operational knowledge.
14. Support the Restaurant Manager and Shift Manager in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
