**📍 Job Location:** Vesu, Surat

**💰 Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

## About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Retail Sales Executive** to join our jewellery showroom in Vesu. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail sales and excellent product knowledge of **gold jewellery and lab-grown diamond jewellery**.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in selecting gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery.

* Explain the features, quality, certification, and benefits of lab-grown diamonds to customers.

* Provide styling recommendations and personalized jewellery consultations.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

* Handle billing support, order bookings, and customer follow-ups.

* Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.

* Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and pricing.

## Requirements

* Minimum **2 years of experience** in jewellery retail sales.

* Strong knowledge of **gold jewellery and lab-grown diamond jewellery**.

* Ability to confidently explain the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems is preferred.
