Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Shivanaa Homes, a leading retailer of home furnishings and decor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall look and feel of our store.

Responsibilities:

- Sell a wide range of home furnishings, including curtains, artifacts, furniture, and other decorative items

- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service

- Maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing

- Visual merchandising and maintaining the store's display and layout

- Manage inventory, process transactions, and handle customer queries and complaints

- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance

- Provide product recommendations and solutions to customers

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach

- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system

- Ability to lift and move products as needed
